First post in a few days!

I haven't posted in a few days because I've had nothing interesting to share with you!  Or maybe that should be nothing that you would find interesting ;)
 
 
Today, I'd like to mention my new philosophy regarding riding:
 
Don't rush, don't force, and don't get angry.
 
I'd love it if you would reflect on that when you next ride.

    That's a very good philosophy to keep I think - too many people do the exact opposite and it never works well.
